In this issue: Atlanta WC pics / other WC results Want info on bloop tubes Re: Want info on barrels Thanks from Brazil ******************************************************************** I posted 153 pics of the Atlanta World Cup. I'd put up more but I don't have the space available. I hope you enjoy them. BTW, the only shooters I saw from Bosnia were 2 riflemen, one of whom made the air rifle finals. The results from Brunei, Munich and some of Milan can be found now, too. ****************************************************************** In the Stelljes cataloge there is this thing that I think is a bloop tube for an airgun and seems to have some weights added to it. Anyone have any idea what it is/does/better than stock? Also anyone ever order something from them? I am in the US and they're in Germany so I don't want to have a problem with that, though all I had to do was send an e-mail to get the catalog. Thanks and have fuN! [Editor - it would be cheaper to have one made here in the US. I think Heinrich already does (advertise in Quickshots a lot). Anyway, you can only add a short distance because of the rules anyway so the increase in sight radius is minimal. Most of the better shooters don't have them on their airguns. Just my 2 cents.] ****************************************************************** Mike: Got your latest missive, and I checked my library and came up with some address's on barrel companies: Hart Rifle Barrels Inc. PO Box 182, Apulia Rd. Lafayette, NY 13084 315-677-9841 fax: 315-677-9610 McMillan Rifle Barrel PO Box 4327 Bryan, TX 77805 409-690-3456 fax: 409-690-0156 Hope this helps. I will be in Atlanta in Nov. for the UIT B Judges Course, I hope. I helped a friend in Denmark get Hart barrells for his .22 rifle a few years ago. He seems to like them. Later, Don Williams [Editor - Another reader suggested Kreiger (no info for that) as well as Borders - http://www.border-barrels.com/ Lilja - http://www.riflebarrels.com/ Hope this helps in your search.] ****************************************************************** Dear Friend Thank you for your remarks about brazilian shooters!
