3 shoot-offs of 6 pairs of one TCD and one UCD student.
20 shots apiece. 5 Practise shots.
Draws resolved by sudden-death shoot-offs, get two shots better than
your opponent to win.


Round 2
-------

Two rounds with 9 people in each (the winners of round 1).
Ten shots apiece. Three practise shots.
Top six scores go on to final.
Draws resolved by shoot-off, highest score (by at least one point)
wins.

Final
-----

One group of six.
six shots - worst score drops from final each time.
must be at least one point seperating worst from next worst.
