The 50m season opened today with the _LINK(free_DURCOpen_2000.html,_DURC 50m
Open). A good turnout on the day and a very good barbecue set the level
for the rest of the season, as did Alan Lewis and Gary Duff who kept
everyone in suspense until the final card when Alan took the first place
by only two points. Unfortunately, only four people from _DURC showed up
on the day, but we muddled through somehow !
